Scream is the clear cut #1 for this with Drew Barrymore.
Technically ended up not being the main character, but they put her on the posters and trailers as if she would be the main character and then boom first scene she’s done

I think Executive Decision would give it a run with how quick Segal was killed off while being pushed as a main character.
