I do agree with that scene being bad but When vanderturdrwerf writes this:

Where are bars like that? Pretty much every dive bar I've ever been to if they found you like at ANY time, much less AFTER close, they'd pick your arse up and toss you on the street.

i've lived in LA for 33 years and have never seen anyone that looks or dresses like colin farrell's character. Between the haircut, the mustache or the cowboy outfit im not sure what they were thinking.

My Prediction for the show:
Vince Vaughan fingered the wrong guy for Ferrel's wife's rape...on purpose. To get rid of an enemy and/or protect the true culprit, with the bonus of having a cop indebted to you. The real rapist was Casper, meaning, of course, that ginger boy is the rightful heir to the iron throne.
Also, Rachel McAdams' mom was raped, possibly with her dad's involvement, thus leading to her apparent suicide.
Taylor Kitsch was raped, and Asspen's dad gon' get raped.
