quote:which is why I asked it wasn't. But they looked similar.
Well, it would also not make any sense for the story.

Everything you said seems like an idea you just imagined up out of nowhere but we get criticized for saying the 2 women looked similar based on the brief shot of the picture they showed
I am not criticizing you.
I just said it wasn't the same girl because I know it wasn't from the picture after rewinding it to compare to the waitress in the bar (who I thought it might be).
After the fact, I realized that storyline would not be a basic "she's fine and well working and dating". It has to be much deeper than that or they would not have put that effort into finding her.
After saying that, I went on a tangent saying some hypotheticals about what that storyline might entail.
ETA:
But by all means, pretend I'm criticizing you.

I didn't necessarily mean you, but my original post about it several pages ago drew some laughs

damn.
I didn't even pay attention to her.
I like this show. Any show that gets a 20+ page thread is going to be good.

I don't think the drug addict looks anything like her
I can't tell if y'all are serious or not

I have this problem where sometimes hispanic women all look the same.
Having said that, the nose structure is similar.

Bottom line:
VV gave CF the wrong guy - someone VV needed taken out and then used that to control CF.
CF, however, eventually discovered the identity of the true rapist - the CITY MANAGER.
CF murders him earlier - what we see in the car happened before the episode started. CF knows he was lied to by VV. VV, at the end, suspects CF as being the murderer - and sees CF losing control.
The game of cat and mouse is ON.

Maybe she's a weed addict.

Not a chance that this theory is right. VV seems genuinely concerned for CF. He seemed really bothered watching CF destroy himself with the drugs and alcohol.

Granted. Its just that when the girlfriend appeared on the screen I was like "wait a minute...." It took a moment for me to realize that she was not the missing girl.

Or he's a crime lord that plays people and wants CF to think he cares so he doesn't suspect he lied.

Vaughn is a sociopath - watch and see. Every emotion he is showing is in his own interest.

Sure it's not same girl? Why make them look so similar? Watched it with six people we all thought it was same one. Are we crazy?

In the first meet between CF and VV it seemed like that could be the case. In the second one, it doesn't seem like VV would have the same incentive to act caring towards CF. He's already under VV's control.
ETA: I'm sure he's got some skeletons in his closet and he does some questionable stuff. I just don't think he's going to be the just straight up evil guy. Could be though.

I posted the pics earlier. They look similar, but they are not the same person. The missing girl is considerably older than the girlfriend.
Plus is would make no sense for her to be there
