It looks like a movie that would be an enjoyable one time watch when you don’t have anything else to do on a Wednesday night. But Lawrence does seem out of place.

I don't care what none of y'all say, that trailer was funny. Who doesn't love a good throat punch? I don't know if the movie is going to be funny, of course. I was actually disappointed when I saw Good Boys, and that trailer was also hysterical.

the jokes were funny-ish and the premise has promise, just don’t see Lawrence as a lead in a comedy all felt very forced

I laughed at the trailer.
And I would've thought the folks here would be all over a modern dweeb dude being made a real man by an older woman "dating his brains out" as opposed to some other progressive means. Rough crowd man.

I thought the trailer was funny. I mean, sure, those might have been the only funny moments in the movie, but that's the chance we take with any trailer.
I liked Good Boys. So for me this is a selling point.

I will probably be downvoted for this, But Jennifer Lawrence just isn’t hot. I think she is always trashy looking and will end up looking like Melissa Leo when she gets older. She will always end up playing the white trash lady in films.

The only movie I ever liked Jennifer Lawrence in was Silver Linings Playbook. She's really not all that.
