of course TDKR is a good movie.
but it was far from perfect and wasn't even close to being the best of the 3 Nolan Batman movies.
Avengers was a fun popcorn action flick. It wasn't trying to be something more. Of course it had its flaws too but those are easier to overlook considering what it was trying to be.

I will say TDKR fails tremendously at the business. I hate watching everyone in the background during the final showdown

Vindicated by who? It is going to make a lot of money and I love the hell of this movie. Only vindication that matters, imo.
