After seeing that stockpile of weapons and how secure the area was, I'd think to move the crew to Morgan's location. Even if that meant dispatching Morgan if he became hostile. Absolutely no one would know they are there, they have a ton of weapons and position to defend themselves, and could really pillage all the stores around them and in the surrounding towns.
I thought the exact same thing. But it also shows how one man when he doesnt have to fend off or deal with other survivors can easily hold off all walkers by himself.

that was as filler as filler gets....reintroduce a character from pilot but nothing changes to story-line and reintroduced character is just a cameo.
I think that's really underselling the episode. In the overall story arc you could say the purpose of the episode was a gun run, but as others have pointed out, this was really about showing how much the group had changed. The episode also let Michone get closer to becoming a permanent part of the group.

I wouldn't say easily.....
Morgan had to go a little cray to pull all of that off. That wasn't exactly the preparations of a sane man

Great episode. I really liked the focus on the small group and just the gun run. It was nice not flipping between the prison and Woodbury. I was really hoping they would take Morgan with them, but it made sense for him to stay.

Bull. That episode's events will help Rick come to the realization that he is losing his mind and will end up like Morgan if he isn't careful.

I think its entirely possible that we'll see him again.

I liked the episode, but there were things that kinda pissed me off a little.
I thought Lennie James did a shite job of acting, and I normally like him. But several times I felt like he was just doing an awful job of acting like a man driven somewhat crazy.
I hate how they switch back and forth between being cautious and then not giving a frick. You go into a small strip of a town where someone is shooting at you and literally trying to kill you. Then, you find out it's Morgan, and you just immediately assume he's the only one there...to the point where you're okay with letting Carl go "on a run" by himself? That's just extraordinarily stupid. Not only has Carl shown everyone time and time again how stupid and prone to trouble he is, but even if he was older and responsible, making a run in a completely unfamiliar area (I know it's their hometown, but I mean they have no idea what's there now) is just really stupid. And had Michonne not been so pushy, Carl would've been dead/eaten in that bar.
Also, in the threads each week, I see some people referencing pillaging stores and other places. IMO there is a 0% chance that this long after the ZA there would still be anything at all left in stores, let alone anything useful. People are greedy, and in a situation like the ZA, you almost have to be I guess. The fact that the weapons cache in Rick's station was raided and there was ANY ammo left is ridiculous. Something like weapons and ammo are so precious that you don't leave any single one behind.
Those were my basic gripes, but all in all I enjoyed the episode. I liked finally getting Morgan back, even if it was only for a little while and he was batshit crazy. I liked them fleshing out Michonne a little more...she's been such an unlikeable, one-dimensional character to me so far, so it was good to see her human side a little.
I'm not sure how Morgan got all the shite in his cache, but holy shite...that was an insane amount of weaponry. There were grenades and shite even, I believe. Hopefully Rick took some useful shite like that.
Oh, and one last small gripe, but that WELCOME mat booby trap seems like it wouldn't really do shite. The blades underneach were close together and welcome mats are thick. Might've just twisted an ankle or something rather than impaling someone's foot.

I dunno, looking at how Morgan was living, it seemed pretty clear he was the only person living there.

Maybe. But seems like you would always err on the side of caution, especially when you're in a "foreign" place that you know nothing about what's gone down there.

I thought it was a solid episode and I agree with whoever said it, that Rick seeing Morgan like that might be a good wake up call for him. I personally am ready for the whole Governor bull shite to be over. I am not sure what it is, but the whole Wood berry deal gets on my nerves. I don't understand why the Governor keeps going out on these kill missions of people that can obviously help him. Power hungry dick head is all I can think of.

The guns were hidden behind the counter, no one would think to look there

Rick got emotional and felt guilty as soon as he find out it was Morgan, so he wasn't thinking clearly. But Michonne can handle herself, so sending Carl with her doesn't seem all that risky.

Exactly.

But wasn't he letting Carl go before Michonne said she would go with him?

I don't think he was "letting" him, but more conceding that Carl is a little shite and was going regardless. Michonne just gave him an out.

Yes

They were arguing over it and Michonne agreeing to go ended the argument is what I remember. It's not like he told Carl ok and then Michonne said "hey kid, wait up."

Heck. I think I'd watch an episode where it was just Rick, Morgan and the Governor sitting in a room and spouting crazy at each other for the hour. Of course they'd have to come up with some plot device to keep them from killing each other in the first 10 seconds.
I know it'll never happen but IMO that would be a great last ever episode of the series - whatever happens between now and then, they somehow meet up, the only 3 left as far as they would know and sit down and just jabber at each other.
