Possibly and the blood could have been had he been shot.
So it looks like our scattered groups are
Daryl/Beth
Maggie/Sasha/Bob (Bob is shot in the shoulder)
Rick/Carl/Michonne (Rick has been beat nearly to death and has a gunshot wound in the leg)
Glenn, old people, some kids
Tyreese, the little kids perhaps Judith as well. Also the possibility exists he will link up with Carol which sets up drama about him not knowing what she admitted to and that Lizzie the little girl who just saved his life is also probably the psycho rat killer/person who killed Karen and David.

They no longer have a doctor with Hershel dead and Carol gone right?
Not having a doctor of any kind seems like it should be big.

Rick is shot in the leg, Bob in the shoulder, and Tyreese appears shot in the shoulder as well but on a ricochet/glancing shot.
As far as doctoring goes, that sets up good ways to both bring in Lily and bring Carol back to the group. After all they made Lily a nurse for a reason (I don't think she was at all in the GN). Carol and Maggie had both been trained as medics by Herschel as seen in 2, 3, and 4. And Bob is an Army combat medic.

I do not think the baby is dead.
after the little girls shot the woman they ran off away from the bus. They had the baby before that.
I think Tyress followed them and got the baby and that is his blood in the carrier.
I thought the Gov was supposed to be in the rest of the season. I am not 100% sure he is dead since they did not show him dead.
Glad they were forced out of the prison. I am sure Carol will be back.

He is a regular so he will be paid for every episode regardless of if he is in it or not.

The baby is gone. Hell Kirkman said on talking dead when asked about it that there was an awful lot of blood in the car seat. They are not going to show a half eaten baby (some people are saying there was no parts left in the car seat). People say classic writing misdirection. Nope. They tried to show us in the nicest way possible that the baby was gone.

Had a zombie gotten the baby there would have been MUCH MORE blood. They haven't shied away from gore at all so saying they would do so for this (even just to include bits of clothing) is ignoring the entire history of the show. If Tyreese did indeed get her, then the blood would make sense as he was bleeding from a wound himself.

Did Lily's sister make it out alive as well?
I can see those two being one of the "groups" on the run, maybe meeting up with another one of the straggler groups early on.

So now where do we think they all go since the prison is pretty much inhabitable?
It is pretty clear though that carl and rick will be on their own for a while. You would think the prison would have an evacuation plan with a few places to go if shite hit the fan like it did. If not, then that is just god awful preparation

Yeah and he said it almost with a smirk. You could tell he was saying that to get you to think the baby was dead at least that's what I gathered.
