I wonder how upset we would all be without someone telling us to be upset about something.

You are a clown and yall say shite like this to deflect from the actual issue because the casting is indefensible

It’s a movie.

I felt the same way when people on the other side were saying how upset we should be because of a jean commercial

Ok we don't like the casting.

So what?

Does that mean the movie can't be good and entertaining?

Are you aware that it could still be epic?

Yeah, about like this.

I hope Nolan pulls it off. I have my doubts. There's a reason they pulled screenings.

You still have absolutely zero evidence, other than your own panty-twisting over casting, that it's not going to be epic.

You're anticipatorily pissing yourself.

Pattinson will be good.

Fox News is not real media.

It's literally reported all over that the screenings were cancelled.

Why is it Fox News' fault you can't google?

They were not cancelled. They were never scheduled. They didn't want them because they don't think they need them.

Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ to Skip “Word of Mouth” Screenings
Universal is skipping the usual "word-of-mouth" influencer screenings for social media and going straight to general press screenings instead.

Cancelled. Skipped. Does it really matter the phrasing?

She looks like a teenage boy instead of a 39 year old woman.

Yes?

"Cancelled after backlash" vs "Skipped because they don't think they are necessary" is quite the difference, no?

Here is a quote from your Hollywood Report article:

quote:

But if Universal’s decision to skip such screenings for The Odyssey gets enough attention, other studios could more frequently adopt the move as a confident flex — while studios who opt for such preview screenings might start to be more widely seen as trying to hide the ball.
