I think the only thing this movie proved was that Nolan fanboys will spend all their money on any film he makes now whether it’s good or bad. This movie was meh. The next woke movie made will crash and burn like the others.

Yes. Nolan fans will pay to go see his movies. Because there's no way to know if it's good or bad without doing so.

Yeah, not all of his movies are great. I have no interest in seeing Oppenheimer again. I actually liked Tenet, the one people seem to hate. And Interstellar was great the first time. I have been bored as frick trying to watch it again though.

How is this any different than anyone who prefers an actor/actress/director and will give content a chance if they’re in it?

This isn’t something exclusive to Nolan by any means. Hell, most of the board has spent money to watch our college teams play even when they’ve sucked.

I'm not a Nolan fanboy. I saw the movie this morning. "Meh" is a good description. I expected more. And I think way too much was made of the "wokeness". It did not feel at all "woke" to me, even though the actress who played Helen is black. The Helen role was pretty much inconsequential to the story. That is something people should be complaining about, not the color of her skin.

Odyssey fan.

Looks like the real audience score is 57% for rotten tomatoes not the verified audience fake 97% score. Just like supergirl community watch

Why would anyone complain about her being inconsequential to a story that isn’t remotely about her?

We relying on Reddit threads now

CinemaScore is an A and IMDb is an 8.4 but I'm sure those are fake too right

Reddit is a cesspool of blue haired libtard snowflake sky screamers except for the RT JSON data crunchers and the movie theater employees overseeing the empty The Odyssey showings. Strange how that has come about.

Reddit is mostly liberal yes but there absolutely subreddits that learn hard conservative. Regardless politics don't mean shite here because the movie isn't political and it only became such when dipshits started whining about casting

I don’t Reddit, just poking fun because I read on TD often about how Reddit is completely useless and untrustworthy until two separate claims today that are guaranteed to be spot on. The movie theater employees one is great.

So people with verified ticket purchases that liked the movie dont count? That makes sense
