This was reported this morning.

So people with verified ticket purchases that liked the movie dont count? That makes sense
So people who didn’t like the movie don’t count?

The redditor removed 7,360 verified likes and only 258 dislikes.
Your 57% removed 30x more likes than dislikes and you are complaining about dislikes not counting

He’s clearly someone’s alter. He signed up 2 days ago and can’t be that stupid.

RT probably just deleted all the reviews CP3 made with his alters.

It's another CP3 alter. He has to be pushing triple digits now.
This one will be banned shortly and he will have another in a few days. Repeat forever, I guess.

quote:it’s not only not a fake number, it’s consistent with an A cinema score, 81% definitely recommend postrack score, the 4.4/5 letterboxd score, and the 8.4 IMDB score despite clear review bombing (since 9.8% rated it as a 1 while only only 6.9% rated it 2-6). I don’t know why people are being so weird about this. It’s a typical Nolan film with acclaim with both critics and general audiences, even the snobbier ones.
Your 97% is a fake number

It's got two black people and a tranny in it

You think this is Nolan’s best film?

I just don’t understand the universal acclaim for it
It was solid
I’ve said it before but my least favorite casting decision was Jon Bernthal
I’m dumb about movies though

Man, people get their shorts in a twist if you talk about the movie before you've seen it.

What percent gave it a 10?

The Odyssey is on its way to a $20M Tuesday we understand, and if it gets past $20.86M today, it will become Christopher Nolan’s best Tuesday ever at the domestic B.O., ahead of 2008’s Dark Knight
Also sounds like it's it tracking between 40-50% drop for second weekend which would be the highest grossing second weekend for a Nolan movie
Overall tracking internationally at this point it's almost a lock for 1B+
deadline

No such thing as review bombing. The only manipulation of reviews is paid for or curated in the other direction.

Looks like the real audience score is 57% for rotten tomatoes not the verified audience fake 97% score. Just like supergirl community watch
Setting aside the logical leaps the Reddit post made if you look at the IMDB data and know how to interpret that data it becomes clear the conclusion is incorrect. It is pretty easy to weed out review bombing when you have more granular data.

I was always interested in box office data since I was a kid and would read the box office estimates in the local newspaper, and I’ve been interested in reviews since I was in college when I had a computer lab job and just sat and browsed the internet when I had nothing to do else to do (how I found tigerdroppings before the OSU-LSU 2007 national championship game).
