Minus Danny Masterson who is currently on trial for rape.

It’s official: Five of the six original young stars of That ’70s Show have closed deals to return for the Netflix sequel, That ’90s Show.
Topher Grace (Eric Forman), Mila Kunis (Jackie Burkhart), Ashton Kutcher (Michael Kelso), Laura Prepon (Donna Pinciotti) and Wilmer Valderrama (Fez) will each make guest appearances in the sequel series following prolonged negotiations. Danny Masterson (Hyde), who was ordered to stand trial on three counts of rape, will not be involved. The actor has denied the charges.
That ’90s Show was picked up straight to series in October. The comedy is set in 1995 and revolves around Leia Forman, the daughter of Eric and Donna, as she visits her grandparents for the summer and bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids. Original ’70s Show stars Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp reprise their roles as Red and Kitty, respectively, and exec produce.

So, they are making guest appearances? It will probably be like Fuller House was, with the original folks coming by every now and then.

Yeah, I think so. I'm pretty sure Topher Grace and Laura Prepon will be part of the main cast, however, since their daughter is the main character of the series in this one.

I thought Topher Grace would actually have a decent movie career ahead of him. Boy was I wrong.

He plays that role too well to be considered for anything major in my opinion. I watch a couple episodes of the show Home Economics every once in a while. His character is essentially adult Eric Foreman.

The kids were good but it was Red and Kitty that made that show.
Dumbass.

Hyde gone wrong. Dude seemed so chill .

None of them really made it as big movie performers, I guess Ashton Kutcher is the closest, but they all went on to be in long running television series. Grace has Home Economics, Kunis has Family Guy, Valderama has one of those CBS police procedurals, Prepon had that lady prison show, and Kutcher and the rapist had that Ranch show

No way they let Red be as grouchy and verbally wounding as his original character. He was brutal and honest and those kids were better for it. If not a little traumatized.

I mean Ashton Kutcher was a full-fledged movie star there for a while. It’s just that he always played the teenage heartthrob type roles and then he grew out of them.

The only redeeming possibilty in this show would be to see Red's reactions to his grandkids and their friends.

I hope they don't make this into The Conners.

If you had asked me to rank to probabilities of the 3 lookalikes in 2000s
I would have said
Tobey Maguire
Topher Grace
Jake Gyllenhal

It’s pretty much been flipped to:
Jake Gyllenhal
Topher Grace
Tobey Maguire

The movie/tv board spoke this into existence

If it would be accurate I would love to see Reds reaction to the Lewinsky scandal like they did with Ford visiting Point Place.

Kunis made it into the more memorable movies.

i dont think this will be it (even though it's supposed to be), but i always wanted a show that was "that 70s show" for me. superbad, but tv show version.
my dad grew up in small town wisconsin in the 70s and i was/am so jealous that he got a near perfect tv show about it.
