Anyone have any thoughts on this. Looks entertaining but feel like it’s gotten no marketing.
JJ Abrams project.

It has pretty good reviews.

It was supposed to have an IMAX release but my local theater is showing Spider-Man. Will give it a few days to see if they add it but will check it out in the next week regardless.

Going tonight, will report back

Saw it at a matinee today.
I enjoyed it. Pretty intense for a PG13 movie, but a solid popcorn flick.
Some of the dialogue is pretty eye rolling when they are knee deep in the shite though.

Perfect. Reminds me of the old 80s and 90s movies.

I saw Primitive War in theater, so I feel obligated to watch this one.

Saw it last night. I loved it. Way better than I thought it would be.
Also, Anne Hathaway is having a helluva year.

Much better than primitive war

Same. There’s some good comedy in this, intentional or otherwise

Is this in the Cloverfield universe?

Cracking up from the stupidity or just thought it was genuinely funny? I'm strugling to think of anything funny outside of the random dinosex scene. That was so random.
SPOILERS
Saw it last night and maybe I'm being too critical but it annoyed the hell out of me. Anne Hathaway's character drove me nuts. Should have just made her a single mom because she was the dad too.
So many pointless scenes happening. The older kid still wanting to legit kill the main son because he broke his brothers arm. The re is a legit DINOSAUR OUTBREAK going on and you're concerned about getting revenge on your brothers broken arm while people are literally being killed all around you.
If the family met and huddled in the middle of the street one more time I was going to pull my hair out. And how long can you possibly wait to jump into the wormhole? Let's stand on the roof deciding the order to jump in for 5 minutes why don't we.
"Does anyone know what time it is?" Looks to the left and 10ft away is a telephone booth in the neighborhood with a MASSIVE clock on it
And I guess just stealing the dad from the other family is cool? Like when they explain everything to him he's just not going to care that is not his family?
Mrs. iwy liked it and there were some cool dinosaurs but it certainly wasn't the best. Decent theatre experience and glad I saw it on the big screen instead of at home but can't imagine myself ever watching it again.
