re: The End of Oak Street: Releases today August 14

Watched this tonight on Prime. The concept is from James F. David’s “Footprints of Thunder” book (and the rest of the Thunder Series). For years this was my favorite genre of books - mixing people with dinosaurs through time travel or cosmic events. All of the books were better than this movie.

It was entertaining because…well…dinosaurs. But I expected more from J.J. Abrams since Lost is my all time favorite show. Dialogue and situations were ridiculous. If only Hollywood would learn how to adapt books but stick to the books.
