Looks like the sixth episode is called herogasm. That sounds promising.

Depending on who shoots up there are enough players to potentially take down Homelander if Urban, Huey, Soldier Boy, Kimiko, Maeve, and Starlight are powered up and against him.

Or they could do something unexpected and have Edgar power up or the super nazi come back from the dead.

That would be interesting, and I'm all here for it. The closest we've really seen I guess was in HL's dream a season or two ago when he just gets pissed at that speech and lays waste to pretty much everyone there in five seconds with his laser eyes.

We saw it again with his threats to Starlight when he talks about laying cities to the ground "for fun," like I mentioned earlier in the thread...but even still that was just him talking about it and not us seeing it. I want to see him go ballistic, even if only in the short term.

I thought Hughie got teleportation (hence his clothes staying where they were) with super strength.

Yea and I assume it is coming given all the build up. However if it’s done publicly, the writers can’t put the genie back in the bottle. It’s either they somehow kill him afterwards or we get some time with Evil World Dictator Homelander. The world knowing that he was a psychopath would kinda uproot the main tension of the series

This is the first time I'm done with Billy. I mean his character is still a great character, but I'm done rooting for him. There is no reason for anyone else to stick around. He treats everyone of them like crap and they are getting absolutely nothing out of it, there's no reason for them to stick around, especially Frenchie and Kikimo. Though that looks like it will be the case anyway and I'm here for it.

This is a series where I wish they would NOT announce season renewals until people have had a chance to watch all of the current episodes.

We know that Homelander will survive any attack if there is an additional season pending.
