When are they planning on filming this? Because I see Rosamund Pike on there, and she is filming Wheel of Time off and on for the next like 7 months in Prague.

I like it. Just go ahead and have the characters established and let them show up in all of the movies. I love how the characters are used in the video games, and while the movies certainly won't be on that scale, it definitely works. In my mind it is unrealistic for only one or two villains to show up at a time the way comic books movies have been done in the past.

I like it too. I like having a whole universe seem like its been in place and lived in. I like the whole Rogue's Gallery being established, that there is/was a Robin and/or Nightwing, etc etc.

Reportedly WB doesn’t want to set a precedent that the villain will make more than Batman.
Apparently the only time it’s happened was Jack Nicholson getting more than Michael Keaton because Batman was not the mainstream property it is now and Nicholson was far more established of an actor.

Chris Reeve got fourth billing on his first Superman movie, behind Brando, Hackman, and Donner.
I think they're realizing that some characters sell the film, so you don't have to rely on massive stars to fill out your roster.
