This makes me feel old, especially considering when it came out my parents were closer to their childhood iconography like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis and Mickey Mantle than we are to T2.

A ton of my friends at school were jealous because I was one of two kids in my class that had actually seen it.

I liked the action, plot and all of T2, but I cannot stand Edward Furlong and he takes away from the movie.

We got T2 and Use Your Illusion in the same year, and then the GNR/Metallica tour the next. Great period to be a teen.

Saw something recently - during filming Robert Patrick (T2) caught John Connor on motor bike in parking garage during first shoot. Also had to practice running so face had no expression

Yep. My dad took me and a friend to see this. I was 13… I thought we were so cool to be going to a Rated R movie
ETA: Now I’m probably going to take 2 of my boys this weekend… younger is 15. Got to catch him up on the first one tomorrow though.
