The Force Awakens is projected to make $90-$94 million this weekend. It will pass Avatar to become the highest grossing domestic film of all-time on Monday. And this after only 3 weeks in release.

I hope it passes Avatar globally. Still a long way to go for that, though.

Looks like TFA is about to pass Avatar in the next few days to become the biggest movie of all time domestically, and it only took about 3 weeks

TFA is now at 1.94 Billion Worldwide.

Will hit 2 Billion before the end of January.

That's great but it will fall well short of Avatar. It still boggles my mind that Avatar did 2.7 billion
