But this movie isn’t really news. It was announced months ago with ahsoka. They are just clarifying the timeline now that they determined how much story needs to be told leading up to it.

I didn't watch S2 and 3 of Mandolorian so I can't speak to those, but Andor and Rogue One were miles ahead of it for me.
Mando was just a basic "hey hold this baby while I go do some cool stuff" show. Andor and Rogue One both had some depth to the story and visually as good as Star Wars gets.

Regardless, she had more in the majority of episodes. 5 of the 8 episodes were Bo, and 2 of the other 3 were full of Bo.
There were two characters that got more than 20 minutes in any season 3 episode: Bo and Pershing. Not Mando in his own show. Interesting. If the majority of episodes give someone other than the main character more screen time, is the supposed "main character" actually the main character?

My post still stands. The "main character" was literally not the main character in the majority of episodes. Mando never got over 20 minutes of screen time in a show that runs anywhere from 30-60 minutes.
In the three episode span from 3 to 5, he got 17 out 128 minutes.

For me it was not even about the screen time as much as it was about the episodes being centered around her and not Din.

Failure to read the room. The first two seasons were very good, but that last one was so bad that a lot of people bailed on it. The Boba Fett series was a mistake and their compulsive need to go full super-shero with Bo K was the shark jumping moment. No one gives a shite anymore, especially with KK producing.
