I like Franco, but they really need to give Riff Raff aka Jody Highroller his cut, if they don't that's some bullshite.

Saw it tonight finally.
Loved it, didn't expect that at all towards the end.
2nd half of the movie was fricking awesome especially Franco and that ending just left me with that holy shite mind frame.
*Spoilers*
Why the frick did they have to kill Franco? And in the back like that? Then go wreck shite? Bitches. Kissing his dead body at the end was a perfect fitting end to that scene.

The annoying guy was terrible and I hated him beyond reason. The other two main guys were fine and I could deal with them easily enough but the one kid would have been killed if I were there.
As for Spring Breakers, I wasn't crazy about it. It wasn't bad but I just didn't enjoy it much either.

I thought Franco got shot by the guard who opened fire as they started down the ramp? Am I wrong about that?

I also don't understand the high rating. It was kind of silly and yes I understand it may be based on a true story, but it wasn't really all that deep. Idk, I don't get the hype. I gave it 5 out of 10. The rotten tomatoes score is surprising.

I haven't seen Spring Breakers yet, but Project X wasn't very good. I had a very "get off my lawn" vibe when I was watching it, and then the more it progressed, the more I found myself starting to dislike it.
The chick that got naked in it was pretty fiya though.

After having some time to think about this movie I'll give it a 6.2/10. It is important to remember that it is a satire of the spring break culture. I appreciate where this is coming from because that culture is most definitely a topic that deserves a satire that points out just how ridiculous that it is. The best part of the movie was James Franco. The dude kicks arse as usual. However, this movie is over the top throughout to the point to where it seems kind of cartoonish. The ending is video game like crazy. Overall, I think it showed more thought than your average flick, but the execution could have been better.

The end of that movie was garbage. 2 blond chicks in bikinis take out an entire gang of drug dealers? Drug dealers shoot people on the reg, these chicks do not, yet somehow they kill everyone and nobody hits them.

That's pretty cool. I don't think that I buy Archie being a symbol for God though. I thought of the movie as being more a comparison between straight life and "spring break" life rather than God vs Devil. The symbolism from the beginning of the movie about each of them being given a way out for every temptation is right on I think though.

it's laughable that people are trying to find some deep meaning in this movie. the movie was absolute garbage, you are truly desperate for a "cult classic" if you are lumping this pathetic attempt at anything more than Disney girls gone wild into that category
