Aside from racism, he does stupid shite like...for one example, tries to sue spike tv and ban the name because they are trying to "capitalize off his fame".

He really thinks he's something.

I respectfully disagree, higher learning was a rebuke against white men.

They are rapists or murdering skinheads. And he made the gang members the heros.

Spike Lee says he hopes his new film, 'BlacKkKlansman,' makes Donald Trump a one-term President

quote:

"The rise of (racism) right here in the United States, specifically, is direct reaction to eight years of President Barack Obama," Lee told CNN. "It's two step forward, one step back ... The reason why I feel that race is still a big discussion in this country (is) because we've never really honestly dealt with slavery.

"Once we start having an honest discussion on slavery, then we can move forward," he said. "We've never really had an honest discussion about the foundation of this country. I know people might not like this, but this is the truth.

"The United States of America, the foundation of the country, is built upon genocide of native people and slavery. That's a fact," Lee said. "The founding fathers owned slaves. Unless we deal with those truths, it's not going to matter. This country was upon the genocide of native people and slavery. That's the backbone."

I remember about this time last year when the movie Detroit came out. Everyone was taking this same stance. Its a black movie about race so its definitely going to be in the Oscar race. Its going to win awards.

It didnt because it actually wasnt a very good movie.

Maybe this movie is actually good, and worth the praise.

Perpetuating the idea of a systemically racist police force that actively seeks out African-Americans requires a tremendous amount of ignorance to fuel.

No, Spike is a staunch advocate for reparations and adheres to the marxist dogma of "systemic racism," the only "solution" to which is marxism.

The real Ron Stallworth was on NBC Nightly News last night. It was really cool listening to him. He said David Duke actually called him recently because he was concerned about how he would be portrayed in the movie.

Stallworth said Duke was really a very congenial guy in normal conversation until race came up and you could see the change in his demeanor, if he is potrayed as he actually is i think it improves the movie, but i figure he will be just a caricature of evil with no depth.

His views on Hurricane Katrina

I like some of his movies and I will not let his personal issues keep me from seeing this movie. But that doesn’t change the fact he is an extremely ignorant person
