They've brought back Towelie, Mr. Hankey, and now Al Gore. And they started with #CancelSouthPark.

Seems...fishy.

Still I'm pumped for this.

when considering this shows achievements in terms of pushing the envelope...does anyone even know what it would take for South Park to actually get cancelled?

They dropped the N word on regular TV 20-50 times in 1 episode and I don't think any of it was bleeped out

They have implied Kenny a kid, has given BJs for money

They have attacked every major religion on the planet

They had a teacher fricking a kindergartener

A racist police chief that is willing to do ANYTHING for a bust

the list is kind of endless. I don't want the show cancelled...just legitimately curious what line is too far for them

Nothing.

They will leave on their own terms. I honestly don't think it is going to be much longer.

I wonder if that scene has a basis in their personal lives, like when they mocked Sean Penn in Team America.

It does make me sad that its close to the end. They are one of the last vestiges of freedom on television, they can do or say anything because of whats been established over the past 20 years by them before the PC culture took off. There will never be another show like it. They are aware of their importance in that fight but they may just be tired of being the front runners

“Alright, which one of you peckers felt isolated and lashed out at society”

“I swear if these kids don’t stop shooting each other I’m gonna kill them all myself”

Classic South Park

They also made fun of 9/11 in "It's A Jersey Thing" and had Bill Clinton and Bill Cosby give a lecture on how to be a gentleman.
