I just kept thinking that Paris probably made the place they showed look like a bunch of mud huts. Weird, because Osaka had stuff like this at the exact time this story is set.

The + sign adds it to your library. Once it's in your library it will automatically record it.
Not 100% but I think it's on demand too. So you can just search for Shogun and all the available episodes should be there.
