This is almost impossible to find. Last time I had access to it, it was a DVD in an AirBnB in West Virginia.

Le Compte de Monte-Cristo was the best film released in 2024 and it wasn't particularly close

Another recent movie that came out the same month that I find equally underrated is Sleeping Dogs starring Russell Crowe.

Stargate is a favorite of mine. Whenever I try and think how the pyramids in Egypt were built, that someway somehow people from a far away place had a hand in it.

I've already mentioned "The Legend of 1900". It's an interesting movie starring Tim Roth and follows his life from birth to death as he lives aboard a cruise ship, never leaving the ship at any time.

Another that comes to mind is a British based comedy from the early 70's called "The Ruling Class" with Peter O'Toole playing a British Nobleman who is schizophrenic and thinks he's Jesus Christ.

His family is doing their best to have him committed since he is the sole heir to the family home, fortune and title.
