Needed a comedy to cleanse me between all of the spy shows I have been watching, It is a cute show a few LOL's I am about half way through.
Think it is a Mindy Kailing production if that makes any difference.

Watched 1st episode and Justin Theroux killed it. He’s hilarious and Chet Hanks is surprisingly funny although him as an NBA player is ridiculous.

Took me a minute to place Justin, but you are correct.

It's a fun palate cleanser. The comedy version of Succession if daddy died.

I just watched a Netflix movie (Mute) with him, Alexander Skaarsgard and Paul Rudd.

Rudd and Theroux were WAY outside their normal lanes and AS was his usual greatness.

Was a good way to spend 2 hours.

Finished it up. It was fine. Nothing groundbreaking or earth shattering, but a good quick watch on a lunch break or folding clothes.

This will come off as an insult but I don't mean it to be. Kate has some moments and mannerisms where she looks aged, but I actually appreciate that she still looks like a beautiful human woman and hasn't botoxed herself to a breaking point.

Would watch a second season if it comes out.

ETA - just announced S2 was greenlit

Wasn’t she behind that garbage animated series about Velma from Scooby Doo?

Was going to give it a shot just because of Theroux. The Leftovers has earned him a lifetime pass of me at least giving his shows a shot. Although the preview featured him, I was curious if he was going to be a big part of the show because the poster doesn't even have him on it. Think it was Kate Upton and two other people.

Theroux is great, the rest of the show is terrible.

This is a nice lighthearted show mixed with the basketball business, I liked the first season. The main family seems to like each other too, not too much scandalous drama. I’ll watch S2 for sure.

This show feels like the basketball Ted Lasso. A feel good sports comedy where all the characters are quirky and seemingly incompetent in most of their lives but surprisingly competent at their job. Good character arcs for a first season as well. I will definitely watch season 2.

Watched 15 minutes just to give a Theroux show a shot, but had to turn it off it was so bad. My wife (pics aren't uploading for some reason) has admittedly bad taste in TV, she just likes corny stuff. She was actually the first one to say "I can't watch this, this is awful."

The budget couldn't have been very big given that the Lakers err, I mean Waves stadium looked like it was actually my old high schools gym.

Already seen one fabricated Jeanie Buss story on MAX, don't need a comedy version of it.

I’m through 7 episodes and am thoroughly enjoying the show for what it is.
Yes, ness and Sandy are hilarious to me especially Ness.

Thought every conversation in the first 20 mins my wife had was the most cliched sports shite ever. Like had to spoonfeed the audience everything.

This is the main point of enjoying this show. Its light hearted and not meant to be taken too seriously.
