Ritchson is more than a bit unbalanced. I guess he did good to reign in his punches, at least with the whole neighborhood watching.

No, it was over speeding and the neighbor flipping him off and telling him to stop and then pushing his bike.

From that view, it looks like the neighbor stepped out in front of him and caused him to have to lay the bike down. I'd be pissed about that, too.
