He was doing 22MPH. And if 99% of riders were "reckless" most of them would be dead. Turn your ire to you local cops that don't write tickets for excessive vehicle noise, car or bike.

Half the comments in here are charmin soft. I am a little disappointed in Reacher’s punching skills and he 100% is a new rider but 100% justified in his actions.
Just the neighbor being a Brit was enough for a not guilty verdict from me.

Saw the video but we don't know what took place before. Clearly, Ritchson was revving the engine while scooting down the (very nice) neighborhood roads.
How often had he done that before? How often had the neighbor waved to him , trying to get him to slow down?

Call the cops, is the easy answer. Both dudes seem to have anger issues. Total dick move to stand in front of a moving bike like that. Stupid to think he's gonna square off against Ritchson, even if the other guy isn't a shrimp himself. He's way out of his class.
