Would switch a couple, but the OP’s list is pretty similar to mine. I think Winter Soldier was the best MCU movie.

Top tier:
Winter Soldier
Avengers:IW
Avengers: Endgame
Thor: Rags
GotG
Avengers (I know this one doesn’t hold up but without the effort and ability to pull off an ensemble the series is dead in the water. At the time we all loved it and we know it.)
Ironman

Mid tier:
CA: CW
GotGv2
BP
CA: first avenger
Spider-Man: Homecoming

The rest are forgettable.

ETA: I’m glad other people hold WS in as high regard as I do. It’s a superior movie in all regards

I cant really rank them by number. But after watching them all before Endgame I would rank them by 3 categories, movies I would watch again, maybe watch again, and movies I won't watch again .

WOULD WATCH AGAIN

Avengers
Avengers Infinity War
Avengers End Game
Captain America First Avenger
Captain America Winter Soldier
Captain America Civil War
Guardians of the Galaxy
Thor Ragnarok
Ant Man

MAYBE WATCH AGAIN

Avengers Age of Ultron
Iron Man
Black Panther
Ant Man and the Wasp
Doctor Strange
Spiderman Homecoming
Thor (only because of Tom Hiddleston's great performance)

WONT WATCH AGAIN

Iron Man 2
Iron Man 3
Thor Dark World
The Incredible Hulk
Captain Marvel
Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Tier 1
Avengers: Infinity War - It's the best comic book film period.
Captain America: Winter Soldier - Close, and it tells such a personal story. Relevant, modern, and outside of Endgame, is Evans' best turn as Cap.
Iron Man - Sets the stage so well and creates the world perfectly.
GotG 1 - Sets the cosmic stage perfectly. Gives the MCU it's edge
Avengers: Endgame - I could put The Avengers here, as it's the perfect team up film, but as a finale, Endgame bests probably any other series of films. RotK being its closest competitor. It's literally everything you want in a crossover film, mixed with an excellent way to recognize the past.
Captain America: The First Avenger - It's THE film about the silver age. People don't like it, but it's so necessary to Cap's arc and it reflects classic comics better than any film but Superman.

Tier 2
The Avengers - The perfect team up film. Was tier 1 until Endgame.
Captain America: Civil War - An excellent film that reassembles what we already know into something new. Putting Tony and Cap at odds was core to how everything played out. And the airport battle was so much fun.
Thor: Ragnarok - One of the better character movies. And featured two underrated villains. Outside of Guardians, this was a ton of fun to watch.
Ant-Man - It's the small stories. Pun intended. This film ended up being tremendously important and Paul Rudd is such a perfect foil for multiple characters.
Spider-Man Homecoming - You really can't ask for more with Spider-man. This one has aged well and has another of MCU's best villains. Great story.
Black Panther - Putting BP into play was another smart move. Great character, great setup. They can take him so many directions. The film felt like Iron Man 1 Part 2.
GotG Vol. 2- I'm higher on this one than most. I think it's one of the most impactful films. The father storyline. Yondu and Rocket's development. It all plays so well
Dr. Strange - Looking at what's left after Endgame, I think THIS film will be what set's the stage moving forward actually. It will be subtle, but this actually has all the markings for being the Ant-Man of what comes next.

Tier 3
Thor
Ant-Man and the Wasp
Avengers AoU - This one is generally Underrated. I think, like GotG2, it has an underrated message.
Iron Man 3

Tier 4
Iron Man 2
Captain Marvel
Thor: The Dark World
The Incredible Hulk

And this isn't saying Tier 4 films are bad, but in the relation to the MCU, this is how I see them.

Endgame, IW, Iron Man 1, and Winter Soldier are my favorites. Hard to rate those 4 in any particular order.

I spent the last month with my gf watching the entire fleet of these movies with the exception of Incredible Hulk (diff actor, didn’t wanna confuse her) & Captain Marvel (gf said she looked like a bitch in the trailer).

Initial thoughts:

For sure do this if you want to understand all the small details and background things they plant throughout the movies. I was catching foreshadowing from the very beginning of the saga until the end.

Age of Ultron in hindsight is a brilliant movie. It foreshadows damn near everything that came in the following phase. Ragnarok, Civil War, Wandavision, Cap with Mjolnir, etc

Black Panther was better in Civil War but Wakanda was incredibly important vs thanos as their army showed up big both times.

Ant Man has the best movies & is the MVP of Endgame. His films are different and goofy, but they’re the incredible lighthearted follow up to rather gloomy releases in Ultron & IW. Scott’s character in my mind represented what a viewer would experience if thrusted into this world of superheroes and villains.

Wanda was overlooked a lot in these movies. Her success as a character with her show is extremely well deserved because she served a small role in each movie. Yes she had her moments but Liz Olsens acting is unreal and it finally shows in WV.

Hulk peaked in Ragnarok and was an important character in Endgame but really became far less interesting once Ruffalo had to be in the IM suit and then was smart hulk.

Cap was right all along. His intuition and leadership was what the avengers needed throughout their existence, while Tony provided the physical resources to make everything happen, it would’ve been a band of individuals versus a team without Steve Rogers.

I’m sure I’ll have random thoughts again later but damn, these movies are still incredible and the payoff at the end with IW & Endgame made the binge worth it.

S/o to Clint for quietly becoming my favorite character.

I think Age of Ultron is one of the worst. I think Disney completely overreacted to the fans response to Man of Steel. The ending to that movie is horrific, but it’s horrific because Zack Snyder was ignoring and actually celebrating the over the top violence of the final battle between Superman and Zod. That final battle probably resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of people, but somehow when Zod is threatening a nameless family of four (basically tears in a bucket at this point), then Superman finally puts a stop to it. Plus Zod is not an overly violent villain in the comics. If you will show fealty and submission to him, he’ll do nothing to you.

But ultra violence is Ultron’s bread and butter. Ultron, unlike Zod, you are supposed to be absolutely terrified and highly disturbed simply from who Ultron is. I really think in all of comics he’s the most horrifying, disturbed, perverted, and sociopathic villain there is. When Ultron is around, tens of millions should die. He only killed like 15 people in this movie. No one outside of the Avengers even knew who Ultron was until shortly after he’s destroyed. Ultron should have genocided several major cities. It was such a disappointment since I do think Ultron is one of the greatest villains of all time. Look at the tone of this trailer (which was awesome) and tell me if this was remotely the tone or threat of the film: YouTube

Or how about this trailer when he says People will look to the sky and see “hope”... I’ll take that from them first. Where did any of that happen? No one knew who you were throughout the film. Ultron is the type of villain who likes to play with his food before eating it, and there was no sick cold blooded torture or murder from him in this movie. Honestly I would like for them to bring Ultron back and then go all out with him.

Now here’s the good news: did Marvel accuse the fanboys that hated Age of Ultron of being a bunch of racist, sexist, bigoted homophobes for not liking the movie like Kathleen Kennedy, Rian Johnson, and the rest of the media did for Star Wars? No, they listened to the fans and did not repeat the errors of Age of Ultron or Iron Man 3. They gave us what we requested and more. Thanos is a perfect refute to Ultron, and I’m thankful for that.

I completely agree with your Ultron sentiment, I think what I meant is if you view the movie as a pit stop before another long journey ahead then you appreciate it more. At the time of its release I hated it, but now binging through the entire saga made it easy to appreciate the movie simply because it was loaded with foreshadowing and seed planting.

But also, jokey Ultron was terrible.
