I'll have lost Mrs. Vox for the whole weekend. She's wrapping on her first rewatch right now. I hear the credits rolling downstairs.

When will it be streaming on a service more than 12 people have?

It’s a kid’s move. Never got the hype.

It's $0.99/month for the first two months and $7.99/mo after that. I'm sure it'll be on Prime Video before the holidays, but it really deserved to be seen on the big screen.

Virtually no one has a setup that does Adrian justice.

It helps if you've read the book, listened to the audio book, and have been to space.

I don’t get it either

The visuals were great but the story was mid. It just goes to show that the standards for what’s considered a “good” movie has dropped so much in the last 10 years. The fact that people are comparing this to Interstellar and Apollo 13 is absolutely hilarious. This film doesn’t hold a candle to those two movies.

I'm the only one Ive come across that thought the book wasnt great. The movie was also fairly boring. But I admit I'm in the minority.

Comparing thie movies is apples to oranges. PH is much lighter in tone and more about personal growth and connections. That is why I believe the revealed Rocky in the trailers otherwise people would think they are going to watch The Martian

It seems these days when something comes out with an overwhelming positive reception it’s not too long before there is a turn and a lot of haters come out. It’s a strange phenomenon that I don’t remember happening in days gone by.

Because people csn get attention for pointing out a minor flaw. We used tk be able to shrug things off because overall it wa a good movie, show, etc.
