Definitely wasn't expecting a "everyone deserves a fair trial even if they are guilty" take this year. Kind of surprising.

I'm not sure if I missed something but why was Perry in such a hurry to get his kid out of school?

But man I love this show.

He had mentioned before that about being trashed in almost every newspaper (which Daddy McCutcheon made happen), so I'm guessing he was just trying to reduce the chance of getting heckled in public (which ended up happening anyway). And trying to shield his kid from that.

Perry's the divorced dad we all secretly wish for. Rides a Harley and takes his kid to see Fay Wray.

It’s been good.

I’m crazy about Matthew Rhys, so that was an easy sell. But I’ve really been impressed with the acting all around.

Did a double take when I heard Matthew Rhys talking after episode one in the recap. had no idea he was not from here. I feel like about 2% of actors are actually from America

Loved that scene for as short as it was. Well, 2 pages in and not one mention of Della's tits being put on display in the early morning bedroom scene with her new lady love.

This episode 1 is much better to me than season 1’s first episode

I’ll see those tits and raise with that extended shot of her arse.

This season has been terrific so far. It has been unpredictable but still setting up with a Chinatown, “nobody wins” except those with power outcome which kind of fits LA as a backdrop

Great episode.

Perry proves in court the thumbprint was likely planted.

Drake has to pay a price to find out who paid Oz to pay the boys. And it keeps getting messier the higher they go.

Dells is going to get outed and it’s going to get really ugly, really quick.

They’ve gotten to Hamilton (DA) too. So it’s obviously someone that’s big enough to have him spooked.

Fantastic episode last night. This is such a great show, I hope everyone knows that.

What kind of ratings is it getting?

Yes.

Was the model train and lit cigarette a specific message, or just a general warning?

Definitely had a very unsettling feel.

First, it’s his son’s train so feels like there’s the “your family” angle to that.

The lit cigarette still burning shows they were there long enough to set up the train and to get out without notice.

Basically a “we’re watching you”. Creeped me the hell out.

This part through me off just a bit. Who was Oz taking money from/what for? I'm dumb.

I wouldn't go that far just yet. It's been awesome so far but season one was one of the better seasons of tv in recent memory.
