No, that was an old character actor.
ETA: Larry Hankin was the junkyard guy in magnets episode. I remember best for playing Kramer in Seinfeld when Jerry and George got their pilot.

Yeah I think that note he handed him was the model numbers Mike scribbled down when he found the gps. I paused the TV and tried to read the note lol. It just looked like model numbers for something.
