Do y'all think there's any chance we will eventually get post-breaking bad episodes of better call Saul? (not just clips of black and white Cinnabon scenes, I'm talking whole entire seasons of Cinnabon Jimmy maybe trying to make a comeback and crashing and burning.

What is the timeline. What year is Saul in now and when did BB start and end.

I'm not sure
I wanna see modern jimmy get tired of Cinnabon prison and become tempted to return to either crime, or home to kim or chuck.

Breaking Bad Spoiler Alert, just in case.
I'm trying to remember my Breaking Bad but is there really anything stopping Saul from coming back home? He was just bailing because the house was coming down on Walt but now that's no longer a problem, is there something else? I don't remember the Feds looking for him.
I guess Jesse would be a problem when he's inevitably captured.

Well Jesse is free now but we don't know what he does after he escapes. He ratted on Walt and told the whole thing to Hank and Gomez but they're both dead. Maybe he tells others about Saul? Who knows. Also part of the deal is that he makes you disappear and you can't come back.
Don't know if it's possible but I'd be thrilled if they had a season of BCS post BB.

VG already stated that BCS will cover scenes that occurred before, during, and after the events of Breaking Bad.

Yes but we want post-breaking bad scenes that are not just 5 minute, black and white montages of Saul stuck in Cinnabon purgatory.
Is he considering those to meet the quota of post bb scenes?
If so, what a ripoff

Walt took this deal and decided to come back after

well, they are scenes set after BB. He doesn't owe us full on seasons set post-BB.

Lol why is it a ripoff? This show is about Jimmy McGill and his transformation to Saul Goodman. People want this show to overlap with BB so bad, instead of just letting it be good and stand on its own.

I love the show. I wanna eventually see jimmy decide to try to leave the Cinnabon situation and have full episodes of that time period. Not only tiny scenes.
Even if it's after like 5 seasons. I think many people wanna see jimmy in recent time do something.

Yes I want to see him become a lawyer again

That's not going to happen. Saul fled New Mexico because he knew he would be found out eventually. Walt and Gus also left a ton of bodies in their wake. Repercussions from what's left of the cartel, the other gang of dealers that gets slaughtered, the white supremacists, the DEA murders., the little kid in the desert. There is no way Saul can just show back up. Also, he should have a lot of money. He just can't spend it right now and be obvious.

I wanna see slippin jimmy become tempted to return and go down in flames
Posted on 4/16/17 at 12:07 pm to Cow Drogo
You're right, he did. Slightly different circumstances as Walt knew he was going to die soon so what did it matter.
I'd like to see what happened to Huell. Is he still sitting in that motel?

I'd say Skyler would be an issue for saul, but after getting the money I doubt that they stayed in Albuquerque.
Seems like that family would want a fresh start. Jesse is on the run forever. His fingerprints all over that lab, the weapon used to kill jack, etc.
The only thing I can think of, is if Jack's crew held on to the pinkman confession film and it was found when raided.

OK, I finally watched this last night and there is one thing I noticed that is interesting. In Season 2 Kim wears a Kansas City Royals T-shirt at one point. And she grew up in a small town in the Midwest and had to leave because it was so boring and she wanted more from life.
At the beginning of Mabel Jimmy has a Kansas City Royals lunchbox. And that makes sense because Omaha is the minor league feeder team for the Royals. But I think there is more to it than that. Partly it is saying that Jimmy is now in a life that Kim left and is the opposite of what his life used to be. But I also suspect at some point Kim will make an appearance in Omaha, probably at the Cinnabon.
And I think it's pretty clear that Chuck is going to drive a wedge between Kim and Jimmy, probably using the tape.

love this show and last nights episode
a couple of things im finding it hard to by though,
1. How would they pick up on Mike following them? He did a great job of hiding and if they would have found him they would have done something then and there
2. What was that face Gus made while outside picking up trash? It was like he knew he was being watched. How the F would he ever think that a car driving off a quarter a mile away is spying on him? I think thats a big stretch.

Gus saw Saul watching his man in the restaurant. That is why he never took the bag. Then he watched Saul sitting over there with Mike and knew that Mike was onto them.
