I'm happy with the way he died. It was perfect for his character arc!
The more I think about it, the more I’m satisfied with it. Though, I was shocked about it. Of course, his last words in Endgame were his last words in Iron Man, so it allowed the character to come full circle and provide his suit of armor around the world.

Prequel I reckon... probably about Hawkeye turning her

True; but then maybe Tony could have used the stones as weapons (a la Thanos) instead of snapping?
Also is there any reason besides RDJ being done that would have prevented a resurrection by the remaining guys since they had all 6 stones?

He had all the stones - teleport away, come up with a plan to contain the radiation from the reversal snap. Thanos was pretty much neutered at that point.
are you actually nuts? tony wanted thanos DEAD, not neutered, not a plan for containment - DEAD.

The rest of the Avengers still had all six stones once the battle was over. Aside from Black Widow and Gamora (bc soul stone sacrifice) it seems like they could have easily resurrected anyone they wanted, especially Tony.
Snap nearly killed Thanos. Nearly killed Hulk. Killed Tony. Who is sticking their hand in that gauntlet after that?
Tony's death was perfect storytelling. Pays off the argument with Cap from Avengers. Pays off last line of Iron Man. Pays off his vision from AoU. This story began with Tony and ended with him. Hell the very last sound of the movie, after the credits, is Tony striking iron in that cave, building his suit.

Can the stones resurrect ? Technically they just undid what Thanos did, not bring people back from the dead

It appeared that Audi engineers weren't affected by the snap.

Yeah, I was thinking that technological advancement would come to an almost 40 year hault with half of the geniuses in the world taken out.

I'm done with comic-relief Thor. It was good for a while, but shite, this is Thor. Just because they couldn't get him right in two movies doesn't mean that you can't have a good, serious Thor film.
Well Thor is silly and Hemsworth loves playing him. Should have been obvious to anyone that he was going to be in Guardians 3 after Infinity War.

kind of interested how they are going to bring natasha back for the black widow movie
It could be a prequel, and I’m suspecting Far From Home may also be a prequel. Dr Strange and Guardians are the ones that are going to be dealing with the ramifications of reversing the snap.

think i read an interview where feige said that far from home will be the epilogue

you can complain all you want about how they treated time travel in this movie. but i have zero problem with how they have treated thor and saying he got the skywalker treatment is a huge over exaggeration
Thor was comic relief for Endgame, and that was fine with me. It worked.
I’m calling it now... 4-5 years from now an MU movie will feature Thor transitioning to female.

Kind of bums you out knowing we won’t see him play Stark anymore, aside from maybe some small cameos as a flashback or hologram

Just got out. I loved it. Not sure if it’s been discussed, but does anybody else think Loki is back since he stole the tessaract?

It seems canon that using all six stones fricks you up no matter how big the spell.

Anyone else think the girl power moment was a direct FU to all the backlash of TLJ?
Felt way too forced. I just laughed

It was cheesy and unnecessary but whatever didn’t really bother me.
So is professor hulk less powerful than actual Hulk? He seemed smaller.
Also if that’s it for hulk, disappointing we didn’t get to see him frick shite up one last time or even get a rematch with Thanos

He's going to have a Disney+ show so that may be what that set up.
