I thought it was great. Gonna take a rewatch to unpack it all. Had a total nerdgasm when Cap picked up Milnjir. The first hour just felt a little off. Can’t put my finger on the reason why yet.

I was shocked my theater was full at 11AM. Heard a guy in line in front of me say this was his third time watching it.

It’s a damn good movie. Not the greatest thing ever but not disappointing in the slightest

they epically failed and got the van destroyed.

They took these women away from important points and locations in the battle that had Thanos and his soldiers occupied and actually freed them up to destroy the van.

All just for a little fan service for the SJWs.

How did Rhodey get the Iron Patriot armor in the final battle?

Brie Larson Supermaning Thanos like Superman did to Steppenwolf.

This never happened.

Thanos more than held his own against Carol if not overpowered her quite a bit.

Thanos is more powerful than Steppenwolf and imo Henry Cavill's Superman would've still comfortably beat Thanos down. Would've taken some doing but would get done eventually.

MCU Thanos vs. DCEU Superman is a fight we all want to see.

I kinda think they should’ve just been satisfied with the outcome of the first Snap and then killing Thanos.

All the good Avengers made it - Tony, Thor, Hulk, Cap...

Should’ve been okay with the smaller population and let Iron Man stay with his family.

Are you maybe confusing him with the suit he made for Pepper?

Didn’t see Thor as the dude coming but I thought it was great. The girl/black power was pretty pronounced but I still enjoyed the hell out of endgame and think it served its purpose of wrapping up. Although I would have rather cap died than Ironman, “I am Ironman” was pretty awesome

Really liked the elevator scene with cap as well. Clever callback to winter soldier

I still don't understand why ant man didn't fight Thanos. At his size there's no way Thanos could take him.

And hulk didn't even get a few shots in against Thanos to redeem himself after that arse whooping he took in the beginning of IW.

It 100% shouldve been Hulk that stops Thanos from snapping at the end. Hulk was extremely underwhelming

So, what's the consensus? Is it the greatest thing ever or dissapointing?

There are some problems both within itself and what it did to the MCU, but by and large while it isn’t the fun rollercoaster ride of IW it is the superior film of the two.

A LOT of tasteful homages to the entire series.

All he needed to do was go up his arse......

Thanos punched her in the face and she didnt even flinch. He didnt get a single shot on her until he grabbed the power stone.

YOu sure you saw the movie? She was kicking his arse handily and overpowering him. Hell her face never one show she was worried. Thanos was desperate enough to HEAD butt her and HE was the one that got hurt while she was as pristine as undriven snow. No bruise blemish or even cut. She gave him a look that was like .

"Seriously? You just tried to head butt me?"

It remind me of the Steppenwolf scene in Justice League where Steppenwolf keep trying to hurt Superman to No avail and Superman was handling him pretty damn easily.

If it was for the full power of an infinity stone that thanos DESPERATELY had to take out and use on her Brie would have overpowered him and won.

HOWEVER, A Thanos powered by the Infinity Gauntlet headbutted Brie Larson and HE was the one that girl hurt?

that was just thanos, he didnt have control of the gauntlet. thats why he grabbed the power stone from it to super charge himself. then he slapped her around like a little bitch.

i swear, i think some folks miss things on purpose so they can have something to be outraged about.

1.) His first snap didnt just wipe out half of Earf, it wiped out half of the entire universe. There wasn't other planet to wipe out. 2.) He used his second snap to destroy the stones themselves. He said they were too much of a temptation.

Damn I miscounted those snaps. So in 21 movies we have a search to do one snap, then get one. And in the last movie we get 5.

On a related note, am I the only one who had the impression he was almost as formidable here with no stones as it was on Titan?

Maybe even more so.

I feel Rogers going HAM with Mjonir on Titan would have sent him reeling.

Thor, Iron Man and Cap taking on Thanos by themselves was fricking awesome. So many great moments.

Was also a little shocked Widow died. I figured someone else would go down, like Banner. “I am Iron Man” gave me chills. It was the only way to do it. Tony had to be the one to do it.
