I saw it in the theater last night. Great movie. I found myself laughing alot. I did the same while watching Weapons. I think someone mentioned this earlier, but it reminded me of Heretic with Hugh Grant with the settings.

1. He thought she was going through something with her dad dying, quitting work whatever, probably thought he could fix her.
2. He felt bad once he found out what was happening and that it was his fault.
3. She was psycho and he couldn't have left if he wanted.

I watched this last week, and found it pretty disappointing.
It wasn’t bad, per se. I enjoyed it well enough. But I found it odd at times, and not in a good way. And I thought it was way too predictable.
But this movie shows that even if they are overcome by a magic wish/spell, women be shoppin’.

How was it odd in a bad way? You predicted what would happen in this movie? The things she’d do and the protagonist being revealed to be a scumbag? When did Nikki go shopping?
