its going to be like the disney Star Wars, they'll try to get you to care about the "new squad" but the nostalgia folks will only tune in for an episode or two to see their old favorites until they realize they're only background characters and then check out.

Agreed. This honestly looks like it has potential.
Might have the same vibe "A Very Brady Movie" where they poke fun at the ridiculousness of the original, but still comes off funny.

Ok... after watching the preview I can already tell..... white people are bad and stupid and rich white people will be even worse! Jessie MIGHT be the only one who will not be portrayed as being stupid since she was a lib in the original....

That's one thing Cobra Kai has been good about so far. Although S2 focused a little more on the kids, Daniel and Johnny are still the main characters.
