Caesar Romero would be 112, so let's take him out of the equation.

But at 112 he'd still be a damn good Joker.

Caesar Romero is the old time equivalent of Henry Cavill

Looks incredible. Really hope it’s not a letdown

I’m sure it will take a lot of elements from the Killing Joke but it also looks like the TV show thing is sort of lifted from one of the 90’s BTAS episodes where the Joker is knocking off judges of this old comedy contest that airs on TV where they all made fun of him (this is before he became the Joker) when he was a struggling comic (also Killing Joke stuff) he then comes back years later and takes the audience and the host hostage on live TV and has his henchmen be the judges so he can win the trophy he deserved

That’s what it looks like to me. Would be incredible if they did something like that.

A) Fully aware, though your example is bad because Kevin Smith talks about doing it on purpose to employee his friends & save production money.
But back to the forepoint: there are more than enough actors to never have to have this happen. Especially in the same character movies. It's just lazy & pisses me off.

B). I've gone crosseyed...

I 100% shite all over Joaquin Phoenix when it was announced that he'd be playing Joker.

I was 100% wrong. This movie looks like it's going to be fricking amazing.

Could we possibly see another Oscar for Joker?

I’ve been saying... Pitt and Dicaprio split the OUATIH votes, Phoenix walks in for the score.

Unless some fru fru foreign film or some socially conscious statement movie fricks things up.

“Super well” would certainly not be what I would use to describe a whacked out method actor who sends his co-workers dead rats and used condoms

This could likely win for cinematography at a minimum.

I didn't even know Zaze Beats was in this. Another Marvel and DC actor.

Definitely looks like they are going on that direction. That laugh Phoenix did in the trailer was borderline terrifying. Can’t wait

Trailer looks great. This is the second best interpretation of the Joker already. Probably won’t top Heath Ledger though. But they’re at least trying. Jared Leto sucks dick, especially when he plays the Joker. His interpretation was an abomination and the fact it is in the same category and character as Ledger and this new interpretation is absurd

He may turn out to be the best. But, for now, he's below Ledger, Hamill, and Romero.
