Don't remember the season and episode but the one where Dwight stages the fire alarm and everyone goes ape shite. I lose it every time I see Kevin busting the snack machine.

Great episode, but I think it lacks too many characters to be at the top. I need Kevin, Stanley and Creed, at least for a quick joke, for a good episode.

Pretzel Day is way up there.
It's damn hard to pick a favorite.
When Jan has a women in the workplace seminar and Michael tries to be one of the guys is great.
The episode when Roy attacks Jim is pretty awesome too. That might be my favorite. "The Negotiation". Dwight refuses to be thanked. Angela gets his story from every person, Michael tries out L of his negotiating tips, is coached by Darryl, and then threatens to withhold sex from Jan unless she gets a raise. "Bippity Boppity show me the Zoppity."
As a runner up the episode where he goes to testify on behalf of Jan and ends up staying loyal to the company is awesome. "Hey David, I think you're a nice guy too."

Fire Drill
ETA: Found out it's called "Stress Relief". I had seen bits and pieces of The Office and I enjoyed it, but I never really watched it. I watched this episode with a buddy who forced me to give it a legitimate shot. Oh man I thought I shat my pants I laughed so hard.

The whole run from the Willy Wonka to Michael getting his job back is my favorite series of episodes.
The episode where Dwight is feeding Michael leads and then turns on him is probably my favorite.

Dinner Party or the one where they go to the lake and have contests to take over Michaels job.
Also loved the deposition episode. And the one where he goes into the wilderness and cuts off his pants legs then has to tape them back on.
