It’s a cinematic masterpiece. Downvote if you’re a loser. Upvote if you’re a winner.

No argument here. I saw it in the theater (yes I'm getting old). It still makes me laugh to this day.

I happen to be a loser, but still can’t downvote.

Love the part at the meat processor and the guy ambushes Frank.

“Hey Drebin, Ludwig sends a message………”. The guy starts shooting

Frank “I can’t hear you. Don’t fire the gun while you’re talking “

You could have a bad arse movie with nothing but the baseball scenes. fricking classic.

Its a part of history.

Dude was a serious actor his whole career, up until Airplane, then The Naked Gun, which was based off of police squad, which got canceled.

Loved it.

It was someone on this board that said Police Squad was on YouTube. I watched a few episodes and was not disappointed.

Drebin singing the national anthem and then being the umpire is comedy gold.

I couldn't believe it was her. It was like a dream. But there she was, just as I remembered her. That delicately beautiful face. And a body that could melt a cheese sandwich from across the room. And breasts that seemed to say... "Hey! Look at these!" She was the kind of woman who made you want to drop to your knees and thank God you were a man! She reminded me of my mother, all right. No doubt about it.

Leslie Neilson was great in that movie. I also liked his portrayal of Dracula in the Mel Brooks spoof film "Dracula, Dead And Loving It".

Also, Hot Shots was fantastic. the Patrol boat scene were out of apocalypse now, Chef's Kiss

Went to school with a fat guy whose nickname was Fatso Boombalatso. When this movie came out, his nickname morphed to Enrico Pallazzo.

Whenever he’s walk into a room, someone would shout “Hey! It’s Enrico Pallazzo!”

And the whole class would chant
Enrico Pallazzo
Enrico Pallazzo
Enrico Pallazzo

He was a pretty good sport about it.

Yeah I think I've posted it before on here, but the entire baseball sequence could be the funniest 30 minutes of any movie for me. I laughed just as much in my late 30s as I did when I was 10 years old. How many movies can accomplish that?
