Crazy Heart

Had to see it at the Robinson.

Not sure how the Count of Monte Cristo did at the theater. But I saw it with none of my closest friends. I was literally the only one in there.

Ravenous.

Austin Powers was sold out so my friends and I decided to try this as the poster for it was odd and it was starting within the next ten minutes.

Us and maybe eight other people in the whole theater.

It was awesome.

McHale's Navy and Down Periscope

Both were really empty. Mabye 6 people for Down Periscope and 4 people for NcHale's Navy. Pretty sure we all left during McHale's Navy too.

Me and my buddy wanted to see that one...wanted to each drink like a gallon of water beforehand and see who could last the longest without having to go piss.

Just thought of another one...Beyond the Mat, the wrestling documentary that focused on Mick Foley, Terry Funk, and Jake the Snake. Me and a couple friends saw that at the theater on Seigen in BR, and we were the only three in there. So we each sat in random parts of the theater and yelled back and forth to each other. I took off my pants at one point and ran around in my boxers, just because I could.

ETA: grand total BO for BTM: $2,053,648

Wow, really? I didn't know that was actually released in theaters. I thought it was pretty badass (watched it on DVD a while back).

The Lives of Others I saw with my SO at the time. We were the only ones there, but it was an awesome movie about the east German STASI. I think the Weinsteins have an English remake in the works.

I got bored one Sunday years ago and saw The Reader with Ralph Fiennes and Kate Winslet. I think there were 2 others in the theater. OK, but an obvious oscar-baiter. Didn't win much if anything as I recall.

I watched Cable Guy with my brother in a mostly empty movie theater.

The only person who really seemed to enjoy the movie was my brother - he howled with laughter most of the way through. The five other people in the theater stared at him while I slunk lower in my seat

Good night, good luck. Saw it at Siegen me and my date were only people in theatre. It was a good night and I definitely had good luck.
