Roadhouse-bad acting. Stupid plot. Just all around bad
???

Roadhouse is a "fun" film, but not remotely "highly-rated." How can it be "over-rated?"

For me.. it was the new Top Gun. Was it a great movie? Absolutely. Was it the best movie ever made in the history of great movies? Not even close

I didn't think it was all that good. Definitely overrated considering how so many jizzed their shorts over it.

I think it was called "Once Upon a Hollywood" or some BS like that. Was incredibly boring.

I watched it last night. I def don’t think it’s worthy of 11 nominations but I thought it was pretty good.

Not sure if they're the most overrated, but I remember going to see the original Paranormal Activity because everyone was telling me how great it was. I thought it sucked. Same with 28 Days Later.

It’s a shame because the hype sets it up to fail. Viewed on a clean palate with little expectations it’s cool.

This.

I watched this right when it went to streaming without knowing anything about it and loved it.

If I would watch it for the first time I would be expecting an all time movie with the praise.

The Big Lebowski is so iconic it’s now one of those things people hate on to be edgy.

Parasite was a movie that got a ton of acclaim that I didn’t really like. Everything Everywhere All At Once would be another

I can understand not liking the film but I'm curious why you think Anthony Hopkins chewed up scenery as Hannibal when for most of the movie his voice is at about 20 decibels and he's hardly moving

This is not true. For most of the movie Hopkins isn't even onscreen. He only appears in about 16 minutes or so of the entire movie.

The Blair Witch Project and Sex, Lies, and Videotape. Both are lauded over by the artsy-fartsy film critic sector and neither have one even halfway remotely likeable or interesting character in the entire film.

Three Billboards is the only answer. I remember audibly saying “What?” Several times in the theater. What alien made that piece of shite.

This is definitely a troll post. Of course you are untitled to your opinion on whether or not a movie is good or sucks. The part I fail to believe is that you would watch part II after not enjoying the first one. And I find impossible to believe that you would watch the third, which is widely accepted to have been a flop compared to the first two after not watching enjoying I and II.
