I just watched Banshees of Inishreen and it has to rank up of there as one of the dumbest things i've ever seen in my life....i'm floored as to why this is getting so much praise. i guess that's just how bad cinema has become in recent years....it made me wonder what other movies people have seen that get universal praise but are absolute crap?

Get Out. Doesn't do anything well except making white people villains.

concur

I laughed while Goodman wailed away on the Vette, but otherwise it's pretty blah.

Inglorious Basterds.

Once upon a time in Hollywood.

Wolf of Wallstreet.

The departed.

American hustle.

I can't keep it to just one.

The Hangover. People were acting like it was the funniest movie ever made when it came out, saw it and thought it was just ok. Didn’t deserve the hype. I can’t stand Ed Helms and I think he sold his soul to the devil to become famous because he is not funny in anything he’s ever done.

I watched it last night as well and wasn’t all that impressed and I usually love movies like that.

When it first hit theaters, The Cabin In The Woods had an imdb rating in the high 8s. I saw the rating and thought that, for a horror movie to have that high of a rating, this must be an amazing film.

I hated pretty much everything about it. But it seems like anyone that didn't like this movie has to be told that they just didn't get it. "Deconstruction of the horror genre, blah, blah, blah."

I got it. Still hated it.
