He sounds exactly like high school Hairy from Dumb and Dumberer.
He looks like 25-ish year old Les Miles.

I stopped after episode 5 or 6. Just way too dumb for me. I really wanted to like it so I pushed through all the made up BS but it just became that's all the entire show is.
Might eventually finish it but just got tired of rolling my eyes at every scene.

My wife did me the favor of watching it without me. She then showed me the worst parts to bolster her case (hiring actors to look like Holt McCallany and Jonathan Groff from Mindhunters, stealing shot for shot homages from Silence of the Lambs and other films). Glad that I didn't invest the time in it.

Ok yeah I enjoyed the first few episodes but it fell off. The finale was egregious, just spitting in the face of the Mindhunters team, trying to make it seem that he helped catch Ted Bundy (unless Ed was that delusional IRL). Also lol at him comparing Hitchcock to Gein for both being peepers. Such a shame they give a degenerate like Ryan Murphy money to keep making garbage like this.

This was a Hollywood sickos wet dream to make. Disturbing in all the wrong ways. Not worth the watch.

Wisconsin is kind of legendary when it comes to serial killers.

I'm struggling with the lead actor's resemblance to John Cena.

I’m watching the documentary. I thought this first edition cover was interesting

I stand by my general assessment, but stop after Episode 4. If you keep watching, absolutely stop after episode 6.

Made it through 1.5 episodes. Came here to see if it gets better. Clearly it doesn’t. I loved the first two Monsters, but this one is not good. Weird and jumps all over the place. Apparently it gets worse, so I’ll find something else.

The Hitchcock side plot is terrible

As bad as pretty much everything was, just complete made up stuff throughout, this was probably the worst part for me.
Not even considering how awful the actor was and how dumb he looked with the prosthetics, the story was just ridiculous.
Hitchcock by all accounts had his forgettable moments. he pushed himself on Tippi Hedron trying to kiss her. She later in life said she loved Hitchcock and had forgiven him for that. But in the show he makes out Hitchcock to be a creep like Ed Gein spying on women in their dressing room. He has Hitchcock tell Anthony Perkins that he is like Ed Gein mentally simply because he was bisexual. Hitchcock did not write Psycho, Robert Bloch did. But it's somehow Hitchcock that resembled Ed Gein and also makes Anthony Perkins resemble Ed Gein, two guys that were not influenced by Ed Gein in real life. Like wtf are e doing here other than to make Hitchcock look like an awful person? Dude is 100x times the talent Murphy will ever be. Literally smearing a director that paved the way in a genre that Murphy is in. Seemed like if anything, you'd pay homage to him, not try and smear his legacy.

Quit watching, made it all the way to episode 6. The sex with the corpse is what finally pushed me over the edge. Saw so many things made up and liberties taken, but said what the heck, I will keep going and tried to finish it. I know in real life, he finally got caught and was arrested for killing the hardware store clerk, about 9 years after he killed his brother. It showed him killing the store clerk in the episode and then dragging her out during the daylight, not getting caught and nobody seeing him. Then he starts digging up corpses and having sex with them. Over the top and not even following a semblance of actual facts... Two hunters stumble on to his barn and he chases them down with a chain saw. Where are their damn rifles? They run to the woods without shooting him and then get chased down by a dude carrying a chain saw... stupid

To go from watching him in Sons of Anarchy to this is wild. He is a talented actor.
