There’s several scenes that break rules of physics as well as the rules of the established Star Wars Universe like using Light Speed as a weapon, Leah flying through space, WWII style bombing run, etc.
There’s a lot of dumb stuff like the entire Casino planet subplot that does absolutely nothing for the story but waste time. They freed the horses not the slaves?
Holdo had the dumbest plan imaginable and everyone was justified in questioning it.
They absolutely ruined the character of Luke Skywalker.
Luke dies for no reason, but Leah survives for no reason?
Rey advances in power without any training or backstory to explain why she already knows how to do stuff. It establishes her as an utterly unflawed protagonist, which isn’t interesting.
Rose preventing Finn from making the sacrifice play because....shitty line?

It's amazing how shitty some of these movies are and we continue to love the franchise.
What other series has had this many misses, and is still beloved? Hell GoT was more consistent in a way, and it's now reviled front to back.
It speaks VOLUMES about the power of the original trilogy.
And this coming from a guy who has ALL the movies on 4k Blu Ray like a dumb-arse.
And had them on Blu Ray.
And had them on DVD.
And had them on Laserdisc
And had them on VHS.
Sigh.
I just want that big Lego falcon...

I’ll say the Rey/Kylo scenes are better than anything in AotC, but TLJ just goes so far out of its way to attack the mythos and it’s fans that’s it’s easily at the bottom.

Yes, I do. Rose and Finn are just assholes. First off they go out of their way to free some horses but leave the child slaves behind. Rose thinks she’s done something worthwhile, when really it’s just going to be poor people/slaves cleaning up the mess she’s left behind and there’s no way they don’t put tracking chips on those horses where they’ll at worst all be recaptured by dawn. And yes, this line is every bit as stupid and I’d actually argue much more stupid than “I don’t like sand.”

I'm down with the prequels all being dead last. They're just hard to watch in places. The dated CGI, the horrible acting and dialog, the bad humor...
Rogue One is far too low. It is easily the best of the "sequel" era. I too would put it about 3rd. And CERTAINLY ahead of Solo. I'm OK with Solo being mid pack, not OK with it being ahead of Rogue One.

TLJ but is more rewatchable than any of the prequel trilogies. First, they are a side plot--plenty of screen time, but still not the main event like Padme/Anakin. Rose and Finn suffer from the writing/directing mostly.
This may be heresy but Samuel L Jackson is fun in the right role, but he was bad (like everyone else) in the prequels. Hell if you can make Christopher Lee look bad you're actively sabotaging your own movies.
It's too bad Lucas didn't farm out direction for all of his movies.
