Well, I mean. It's only logical that they should be.
I have no delusions with this format. All of the truly great stuff will get beat in the end. This will end up, unceremoniously, to be between BB, Seinfeld and GOT in some configuration. Nothing else has a shot.
Should be called "Most Popular," not Best. That would be my only suggestion.
I know that opinion is blasphemous, but take Seinfeld for instance. I love the show. Will watch it anytime it's on and I keep 15 episodes on the DVR at all times just to have them on hand. But in the end, it lacks the humanity of a Frasier or Cheers, the true innovations of AD or The Office, or bigger more insightful meaning like South Park in the 30-min. comedy category. And it isn't as revolutionary as The Simpsons. There'a a tough of stuff to love about Seinfeld, but at the end, it's just a really clever and well made show with outstanding characters, it just misses that extra omph that makes it truly special. In my opinion. It gets a lot of deserved love for its type of humor, and it's PERFECT for that. There are shows that have that, then aim for a bit more.

much as a like BSG Scrubs is the GOAT sitcom for me. I know it gets a little hate for the last season, but i consider that a spin off show which is what they intended for it.
Man i was shocked Americans beat Firefly. Americans is really really good, but Firefly for it only being one season was probably the best written TV show I've ever seen.
