Kirk was hands down the best of all of them on the show. Sean Gunn is the best
Fun fact: He and Lorelai are the only characters to appear in every episode of the show.
Real life Rory has that Argentinian blood and can speak Spanish.
One thing that always got me about this show is how poorly the writers must have felt about their own parents. Logan's dad? Huge prick. Richard and Emily? So mean for wanting whats best for their daughter even after totally fricking up what should have been a cush life. And a lot of good the parenting did too because the daughter loses her V card to a married guy and then falls one dick short of a Mamma Mia scenario later in the show.
I actually caught this show when it first came out and dialogue always cracked me up. Lauren Graham was a total smoke show and Paris could get it.
and, finally, I would have murdered Lorelai for making me engine swap a jeep instead of just buying an identical model. That women's tears better have been able to cure cancer like Lourdes to put up with shite like that.

Alexis (Rory) spoke Spanish as a first language.

The parents, Richard and Emily and even Logan’s dad to me basically just wanted their children or grandchildren not to be frick ups. How that made them bad is beyond me.

Nah, frick Mitchum. He didn't give a shite about Logan beyond making sure he didn't soil the Huntzberger name. And then he tells an intern that she "doesn't have it" because she didn't speak up after one week on the job.
And on top of that, he is out here running around Hartford, Connecticut like he is hot shite because he owns a bunch of newspapers... in the fricking 21st century.

Emily bodying Logan’s mom at the function was a great moment

She was a terrible, terrible human being who could have some decent moments. Of course, her MIL was even worse.

Rory didn’t have it. This is explained in later seasons. Hell she is still living off a New Yorker piece. Her destiny is to live in the small town of Stars Hollow and continue down that path. She lucked up with the book.

One of the best moments of the entire show.
