Sandra Bullock certainly shouldn't have won a fricking Oscar for playing an upper-class white woman. I know it's a real stretch for her and all.

No, it's actually a good movie for a chick flick. You have the underdog winning and the privileged upper crust doing good deeds for the right reasons when they didn't have to. Plus Sandra Bullock looks pretty milftastic throughout the movie.

No. It gets its fair share of criticism. It was actually better than I expected.

There's way more deserving movies for that title. I don't know about "ever", but Wall-e was over rated by a long shot.

It WAS actually the first time she didn't play the same character. The charming Jennifer Anniston role. Late 20's early 30's hot single girl next door.

I am in the "Jackie Brown is Taratino's best" camp. There are a few of us around here. Pulp Fiction is good, great even, but it is nowhere near one of the best films of all-time. Would make my Top 150 maybe.

I guess equilibrium hasn't been established for this movie yet. It's still fairly fresh off of the "Most Underrated Movies of All Time" list.

It was actually really good. It exceeded my expectations. I was thinking it was going to be overrated but it surprised me.

Who has it listed as "best of all time"?

Top 150 is pretty good. I'd personally put it in the top 75. It's got enough unique characters, dialogue, and storyline to overcome campiness, plot holes, etc.

It went unnoticed for a long time, then gained a heck of a lot of steam over the past 5 years. It will balance out eventually.

Just a general feeling from my generation. Anytime someone wants to talk film, they talk about Pulp Fiction. Like I said, good, maybe great, but not as good as all the talk makes it out to be.
