Pulp Fiction
The Swiss Family Robinson
Christmas Vacation
Dances With Wolves
Last of the Mohicans

Edit: I cant not say Full Metal Jacket and Home Alone. They wouldn't take the place of any of those but I they are close.

5) Avatar 3d - the visuals more than just the movie.

Bonus: Fletch

I'd probably come up with a different list every time I was asked.

Maybe

1) Godfather (I not that sellout and derivative II)
2) Unforgiven
3) Caddyshack
4) Trading Places
5) Ex Machina

feels wrong not having a Kubrick on there with 2001 or Dr Strangelove

documentaries also kinda get a raw deal. movies like the fog of war might be the most impactful type of film I have enjoyed

In no particular order:

Boondock Saints
Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking barrels
Pulp Fiction
V For Vendetta
Empire Strikes Back

Honorable Mention: The Dark Knight

Edit: Can someone please explain to me how Snatch is even half as good as Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking barrels?

Can't tell you how thrilled I am to see someone else who ranks CASINO above Goodfellas.

All you needed to ask is "give me your top 5." It's universally understood.

In no specific ranking order:

1. The African Queen
2. Blade Runner
3. 12 Monkeys
4. Star Wars
5. Gallipoli

I had a VERY tough time excluding:

Jaws
The Big Red 1
The Endless Summer
