I had a laughing attack when I saw that in theaters when Samuel L Jackson and The Rock killed themselves when they were "aiming for the bushes"

I was in tears when they had the grandma walking back and forth across the street relaying messages.

I appreciated its greatness from the first time I saw it in theaters.

Typical will Farrell humor where it get funnier the more you watch it. Get more time to appreciate hidden jokes and clever dialog

Look fellas, I know you don't respect me as a police officer.

Not true.

Gamble listen to me I'll try to make it real clear, we honor the flag, and you crap on it when you don't shoot your gun in the office.

I felt the same way. I actually disliked the movie and thought it was too stupid, but the more I watch it the funnier it gets.

first 30 minutes are money

about the middle or 2/3 through it, it just hits a wall and drags on

still enjoyable nonetheless

I didn't like this either when I first saw it. I still need to watch again because I need to see if it gets better for me.

I love how Terry learned how to dance, critique art and play the harp in order to make fun of people.

Saw it in theatres and thought it was OK, but forgettable. Then saw it on DVD and laughed more, but still didn't think too much of it.

Now it comes on TV and I can't turn it off, laughing my arse off the entire time. Anyone else have progression like this?

Wahlberg and Keatan killed it.
It's like most Will Ferrell movies...I hated Step Brothers and Anchorman the first time I saw both, but The Other Guys makes me laugh more each time I see it.

"You guys here for the bath mats?"

Terry learning how to dance and critique art to make fun of the queers up the street and the TLC song references were great.
