Based on the current storyline? Arya VS Rey is a lightsaber batttle to the death.

Daenerys as the Night Queen sitting on the Iron Throne with a bunch of new ice dragons. Including smaller ones on each side of her on the Throne wearing a "Come at me Bro" sign around their necks.

Cersi wins the Iron Throne.
Last scene, she goes into labor and delivers a baby boy who looks exactly like The Mountain.

Dany arrives in kings landing and her dragon removes its face to reveal that it was actually Ned Stark the entire time.

Jamie goes back to KL and Kills Euron. Then kills Cersi. All this while Dany is going mad queen and burning KL to the ground.
Hound kills the Mountain is an epic battle straight up no bullshite.
Tyrion and Varys confront Dany with the news that Jon is the rightful heir. She goes crazy. Attempts to have both executed. Varys is killed but Jon puts a stop to it before she kills Tyrion. Some of her followers see all of this and turn on her. She gets onto Drogon and plans on burning them all. As she begins Bran wargs into Drogon and brings her back to Jon. Jon kills her.
Jon is appointed the throne although he doesn't want it. He reluctantly take his rightful seat after Bran shows him there is no other way for peace. Drogon has no memory of Dany being killed bc of Bran controlling him. He clings to the only Targ left which is Jon.
Tyrion serves as Jon's Hand of the King. Sansa is warden of the North.

Cersei dies by the hands of Jaime but its actually Arya.
Clegane bowl but the Hound lives.
Daenerys dies. Not sure how but she has to die.
Jon takes the Iron Throne and is actually a good leader and works to unite all the people of the realm
Tormund goes back home only to discover another Night King, but the prior battles have taken a toll and there not a lot of people to fight and this night King has a much larger army.
Clegane bowl but the Hound lives.

I would Just scrap episode 2
Make episode 3 brighter.
Have Jon actually fight the NK. And maybe he’s losing but Arya saves him. Arya gives Jon credit because she wants to bolster his credentials and doesn’t care about being a hero.
The good guys beat Cersei who falls back to the red keep stocked and little people with wildfire and goes Mad Queen and Jamie finally turns good and kills her to save people.
Dany does heroically having not gone Mad Queen. Jon reluctantly accepts the throne.
Clegane bowl happens.
Hounds wins butnis mortally wounded. Arya mercy kills him this time.
Credits
Money.
Oh let me fix the Rhagal scene: they see the Iron Fleet. Dany is like who fricking cares let’s burn these boats.
Then she sees a swarm of ballista bolts and pulls up on Drogo but Rhagal can’t because he’s wounded.
I fixed Most issue with this season so far.

Outside of Bran warging Drogon, This is pretty close to my ideal ending (except instead of Jon being King, I would prefer there be no more iron throne).

The writing has bravely at times done unpopular things that made sense such as taking off ned's head and the red wedding.
The ending can still be great without it being happy. It makes sense for Cersei to outright win the throne.

When it's all said and done though, this show should not have a happy or "dawn of a new day" type ending.

NK army descends on Winterfell. Allies lose massively. Several characters dead. They get pushed back south to the neck where they run into the GC. The mother of all 2 front battles ensues, with the Reeds providing an escape for the remaining allied forces, leaving the GC to face the NK army and die. NK gets killed by whomever as he goes for the final stroke at KL, but at the same time, Cersei blows up the city. Very few people remain, and they all sit around pondering this whole monarchy thing.
Or really, anything that doesn't casually destroy or poorly conclude storylines that have been developed over the last 25 years.
