Apparently one is Queen Nymeria's voyage, one is about Snow, still would love The Long Night. Robert's Rebellion would be fun, but I think less so given we already know so much about it.
These are the current ones at least still being considered.

Based on the story of legendary Dornish warrior queen Nymeria, 10,000 Ships is set a 1000 years before the events of Game of Thrones. Long before the Targaryens set foot in the land of Westeros, Rhoynish Princess Nymeria of Ny Sar gathered what was left of her people and boarded ten thousand ships, and fled Essos after being defeated by the dragonlords of Valyria. When she arrived in Dorne, she ordered all the 10,000 ships she sailed in to be burnt to a crisp so that no one dared to escape and go back home, and fully embraced Dorne as their new abode by allying with House Martell.

Formerly titled Nine Voyages, The Sea Snake is reportedly the furthest along in development amongst all the rumored Game of Thrones spinoffs (other than House of The Dragon). The working title was changed because both Martin and HBO wanted to avoid having two shows with numbers in the title (due to 10,000 Ships). The Sea Snake is the nickname given to Lord Corlys Velaryon, one of the most beloved characters from George R.R. Martin’s Fire & Blood and the greatest seafarer Westeros has ever seen, who would later go on to become Master of Driftmark, Lord of the Tides, Hand of the Queen to Rhaenyra Targaryen, regent to King Aegon III.

One of the most requested of all the Game of Thrones spinoffs by the fans, Tales of Dunk and Egg is a series of novellas by George R. R. Martin that are set 90 years prior to the events of Game of Thrones. This prequel is helmed by Steve Conrad and talks about the adventures of the iconic knight Ser Duncan the Tall (Dunk) and his squire (Egg) — who will go on to become King Aegon V Targaryen. The working title of the series will not be Tales of Dunk and Egg, as Martin has confirmed on his blog, Not A Blog, and is currently dubbed A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, with The Hedge Knight also in consideration. The first season will be an adaptation of Martin’s first novella, The Hedge Knight.

The most recent spinoff series to have been revealed took the internet by surprise, as no one was expecting a sequel involving Jon Snow in the works until the news was leaked a few days ago. This has further been confirmed by both Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons) and George R. R. Martin, and according to them, the project is Kit Harington’s idea. The working title of the show is Snow, and Harington himself brought in his team of writers and showrunners for the project, though Martin decided not to reveal their names yet.
These have already been snubbed

In 2018, before Game of Thrones concluded its run, HBO formally ordered a pilot for a prequel series. It was set ten thousand years before the events of Game of Thrones - before the dragons, before King’s Landing, before the Iron Throne itself - and would’ve covered a period in Westeros history called the Long Night
quote:
The series would’ve starred Naomi Watts, Naomi Ackie, Jamie Campbell Bower and John Simm amongst others, but after a $30 million pilot HBO opted not to grant the series a full commission

Flea Bottom, set in the slums of King’s Landing - is no longer moving forward

This tells me that Martin will never write another line for GoT or anything related to it. He is going to be rich without doing a thing.

I agree. I think people would really want to see the battles of Robert’s Rebellion and the Greyjoy rebellion on their screens, myself included, but outside of the battles themselves we pretty much know everything and I’m not sure people would be interested in seeing that.
Maybe if they were like 6-7 episode single mini-seasons?

Pretty sure the princess will be gay as her and the Hightower girl seemed a little close. That will be a scene I wouldn’t mind watching.
Wtf? They look 12 years old

So, uh, creepy.
And second, it’s entirely possible they’re just close friends.

There was some flirting going on, at least from the princess. The season-preview at the end made it seem that the Hightower chick betrays her.

I love Dunk and Egg but I don't know how you can really stretch The Hedge Knight out into an entire season?
Those novellas seem best suited to be a 3-4 episode mini seasons(which I guess they could do).
Even then, you might be pushing it.
Also, I hate the idea of a Jon Snow sequel. Let that shite die, and Kit Harrington as Jon Snow with it, who was one of the weaker castings. That one has disaster written all over it.

You did. That's how I knew he died. They had a dialogue about their past issues with their unborn and newborns surviving which built up to it.

You knew the newborn had to die. If the child survived there would be no story as succession would not be an issue. Right when the Maester announced it's a boy I knew the baby was dead.

I thought he left his wife in the Vale? The King told him to go back to his wife in the Vale, if I heard it correctly.

No, they control the sea while their closest ally, the Targaryens, control the sky.
The "exception" would be those who share Targaryen blood.

But they did come from Valyria right? And didn't lots of families in Valyria have dragons?
